Quiz Template

This page exists so the navigation has a stable home for the assessment template.

The full template for writing a quiz is maintained once, in Templates → Assessment Template, to avoid duplicating the same structure in two places.

Quick reference

A quiz page must contain:

1. An At a glance admonition (module, number of questions, estimated time).
2. A How to use this quiz section telling students to answer before revealing.
3. Three parts — Vocabulary, Application, Judgement.
4. Every answer hidden behind ??? note "Answer".
5. A Scoring guide with an interpretation.
6. An If you scored low section linking back to the relevant lessons.

• add it to docs/self-assessment/index.md, and
• add it to the nav in mkdocs.yml.
